Greetings!

Thank You for your blessing of service during this community event! It takes all of us to make this event successful and impactful for so many. The festival will run Friday Sept 10th thru Sunday Sept 12th 2021.

Friday Event “The Libation” will be held at the Cascade Nature Preserve from 4pm to 9pm. We will need volunteers to assist with:

*Thursday “Cascade Nature Preserve Community Clean Up” To clean glass and anything needed to keeep our Divine Space prepared for everyone including our Wonderful Wizards Community Guests. Thursday Noon to 5pm
*Carrying supplies for set up and break down/clean up (2)
*To assist in sell of Tassili Raw Reality Wraps during the event (2)
*To assist with stage/production management (stage communication with musicians onsite, featured participants, and event staff) (2)
*Assisting with parking and security as the lot becomes full (2)

Saturday’s Event will be held in the Backyard Garden of Tassili’s Raw Reality from 1pm-8pm and Sunday’s Event will be in the same location from 2pm-8pm. Each day we will need volunteers for:

*Set up and break down/clean Up (5)
*Assistance for Vendor Coordinator (3) (vendor set up and placement upon arrival, addressing vendor concerns, confirming vendor registration upon set up)
*Stage Management Assistance Onsite (2) (communication with musicians, featured participants, and event staff)
*Stage Hands (2)
*Event Manager Assistance (2)

Each Volunteer position has significant importance and anyone who signs up for volunteer positions should have integrity to show up on time and communicate effectively. This is important because we are also needing to be in integrity with our community with having an enlightening enjoyable organized experience. You will also have the golden opportunity to gain experience and develop meaningful working relationships in the areas of your interest.
