Peace and love,
Feeling a little sluggish lately? Well you may have low iron. Many times folks think that the best way to address that concern is by taking iron pills. However many of those pills will cause the body to be constipated. The best way to get your iron supplement in is in liquid form and one of the best sources is food grade Georgia red clay that can be purchased at some of your local health food stores and online.
One of the best ways to take it is to take a half a teaspoon to a teaspoon of the red clay in 16 ounces of water. Let it dissolve and drink it down. Do this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning everyday or every other day. One of the other ways in which the red clay is helpful is to detoxify your liver. Liver stores anger, frustration, resentment, and bitterness. If you want to be healthy, we have to address all aspects of our being.
To detox our liver with the red clay, lay down a towel on the bed or on the floor, apply a clay pack of red clay that has the consistency of Mudd. You want it be anywhere from one eighth of an inch to quarter of an inch in thickness. Apply it to the area directly in between your rib cage on the right side and your pelvis. Let it dry and staying on for at least an hour and a half to two hours. Do this two to three times a week. The results will be amazing! At first during the first couple of weeks, you may experience outbursts of anger sadness more sluggishness even a little depression maybe even a headache or two but after this time you'll find that those symptoms will lessen more and more because remember you are releasing. After that you'll find yourself feeling lighter, happier, more at peace, and finding a greater emotional sense of balance.
To make the process even more efficient, you can add essential oils to your red clay like lavender or geranium. They're very good at assisting in the detoxification process.
