DR. LEONARD JEFFERIES and PROFESSOR SMALL WILL BE IN ATLANTA FOR WADU's 1st ANNUAL BANQUET & TRIBUTE TO DR. SHARIFA SAA ATMA MA'AT!
Jack Moore, an erudite thug’s story is all stories. It begins behind the veil of time at the feet of ancient Khem. While telling the untold story about the roots of cops, robbers, civilization and everything in between, Jack observes every nuance of life with ruthless understanding; his observations iconoclastic, but rooted in fact. The twin chronicle begins when the sister of Julio Reyes, Jack’s childhood friend, is kidnapped and he gets tangled in a Mafioso set-up gone crazy. After finding love, Jack is desperate to hold on. A member of his crew is falsely arrested and murdered, so Jack and his crew go after the don responsible. As Jack eventually discovers his future, we find answers about our future–and our present–revealed by the once hidden truths of the past.

Peace and love,
Feeling a little sluggish lately? Well you may have low iron. Many times folks think that the best way to address that concern is by taking iron pills. However many of those pills will cause the body to be constipated. The best way to get your iron supplement in is in liquid form and one of the best sources is food grade Georgia red clay that can be purchased at some of your local health food stores and online.
During this holiday season as we are giving thanks for all that we have been blessed with, as we are celebrating in giving and receiving, let us remember those who are not as fortunate. Let us remember those who are sick and shut in. Let us value our blessings even more, because we have the opportunity to celebrate! Many of you know that my dad has played a big part in my life's success. He is transitioning slowly and painfully now to the realm of the ancestors. I'd like to ask you to join me in prayer for him and our other loved ones who are passing to the other side. May they transition in peace and dignity, in love and gratitude...
Why Are We Happy?
We have the privilege of being Atlanta's number one spot for raw vegan cuisine. It's a powerful position to hold considering there's so many places to get food in Atlanta and places to get raw food are few and far in-between. We earned this number one position because not only is our food absolutely nutritious but it is definitely delicious.
We're even attempting to redefine the meaning of fast food by becoming more efficient so we will truly be able to say "we're expeditious " too! The fact is however making fresh food by hand takes time and when you add the love to it, oh my goodness the wait maybe a little bit more than 10 minutes. Our goal is however to keep it between 5 to 10 minutes at the most.
We're also extra grateful for the fact that our food is appealing not only to raw foodist and vegetarians but to anyone that enjoys good food in a fresh wholesome way. In fact we see ourselves as a sustainable bridge to assist people in getting from where they are to a state of optimal health by serving the best quality fresh organic locally grown raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, and transitional foods available.
