What a wonderful set up... Each student receives ingredients and a chance to first watch a Master Chef at work, then execute her amazing recipes. This is a real treat because Chef Tassili is very informative and entertaining! After numerous tastings and detailed Q&A, once the food is prepared, there is a feast!!
